lads, this is gonna be the last chance i get to sit down in front of the computer before we head off to kerry at the weekend. so i would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone who has helped us out on fishing trips this year with invites all over ireland and advice and tips along the way. there are honestly too many of you to remember and the kindness and hospitality shown to us this year has been amazing. jordan is gonna grow up with memories that you could never put a price on and the craic has been mighty where ever we've ended up at so a big thank you to eyesreilley, fishface, mitch, ronald, fishermannum1, round-ourway, eric, alby, saltydog, doggie3131, k1 and k2, tony fella, bigsod, john1, rodbender, petekd, the austrian, julio ragworm, FMNC, soda and red to name but a few. i know i've forgotten some of you's as there are just too many to remember but i hope you all have a merry christmas and a prosperous new year. many thanks, Al.

I totally agree with you Al mate – Sea Angling Ireland does rock! I only joined this site at the start of the summer this year and I am so glad that I did I wasn’t sure how you guys would react to a women being on the site but it’s been great. The advice and encouragement I have received from you all has been priceless – thankyou. It’s been wonderful to talk to a group of people who love fishing as much as I do and who are as mad as I am too! I have had a real laugh with you all as well over the past few months, the banter and craic has been brilliant. Hopefully next year K2 and I will get out and about more and will come and meet up with a few of you where you live, we have already been plotting a trip down to Wicklow with Al & Jordan so maybe we'll meet up with a few of you guys from down around there. From K2 and I we hope that you all have a good Christmas and I look forward to 2010 for another mad year on SAI! Take care guys and speak to you all soon.

in complete agreement with you al a brilliant site with good people all with the same interest in fishing the amount of help and information given freely has been a rock to me in my first year as a boat owner to every one on the site who helped me and gave me information or who wished me luck with the boat a very happy christmas and hope all your hooks are full in the new year have a safe and happy holiday derek
Gotta agree with ya mate, some real decent folk on this site, thanks for the help along the way. Al I gotta thank you 2 for sortin me out over the year, got to places I would not have had the chance to get to and ya always sorted me out with the bait etc , I owe you big time man!
