Kids Fishing Clothing

#1 Post by rodbender »

My young lad has been begging me to take him fishing but as we all know good warm waterproof fishing suits for him are not availiable. Was in ASDA and found fur lined waterproof boots for £7 and a one piece suit in MATALAN for £12 and a beany hat in B+M for £1.50. Good value or wot and seems to do the trick. By the way he's only coming six.

hi rodbender,
when my wee girl came out with me, i used to kept a light weight poncho rolled up in my pocket. so if a bad shower started i would just slip it over her, its a 100% waterproof and very light, but now that she has all her own gear their is no need for the poncho, and its in perfect condition. so if you want it for the wee man let me know and i'll post it to you, its just laying here going to waste, so if you can make use of it then its yours.
as ole rab c said " see me' see the sea' i love the sea me"
right i'am off for a swally!!!!!!! so were's the F***'n purse!!!!!!!

Cheers lads. Some good info there for future ref., it was a 1 piece ski suit I got him and he wears a boiler suit etc etc below that. Life jacket next and as he is growing at an alarming rate of knots it will all have to be changed next year. Thanks lads. :D :D
