Thanks Seamus. The first bass is a nice fish, I wish was the one who caught it and not K2  He would have never heard the end of it!  Maybe just as well I didn't catch it then

twinkle wrote:congrats on a superb report and excellent photos that weather has a med look about it alright and the fish all look like monsters well worth a 7 hr trip id say super fishing well done

Cheers twinkle, the weather was really good, as I said at the start of my report, we got sunburned one of the days  In October - Brilliant! The seven hour drive was well worth as it always is. We go down at least five times a year and so we are well used to it.It's a great part of the world for fishing not just this time of year but all year around. The variety of fish there is down there is amazing. There's something to suit everyone.

Hi mate, well wasn't that a great couple of days you had down with us in Co.Kerry or what!?
You were very welcome and Norman and I are really pleased you could make it down. I am so pleased you got your Bass. I know you wanted to catch one more than anything else.
As for the rag worm..................I still haven't forgiven you and K2 for that, very, very sneaky!!  Only joking!
Take care mate and speak to you soon.

Hi Noel mate  I am glad to hear that you are on the mend after your bad flu :D
It was a pleasure to get Al his first Bass of the year, we promised him we would do our best if he came down and we were determined not to let him down. Thankfully we didn't.
See ya later....... :D
