Spinning Buoyancy Aid (Life Jacket)

Have started doing a fair bit of spinning recently the areas I visit can be a little hairy at times with rough seas & steep cliff faces, even on calmer days waiding out to you hips in water I feel I should have some sort of Inflatable jacket under my gear.
Anyway, Can I ask what you guys use.

I wear a manual inflating 150 Newton life jacket. I wear it OVER (never under) my top layer (usually a wading jacket). Wearing under coats etc can break your ribs or immobilise you should it be triggered! Manual inflation perevents the possibility of it going off if I get a soaking but dont need to pull the cord eg tripping in deeper water etc - I am wary of cheaper auto ones also as i have have had an automatic lifejacket trigger when hanging up to dry after a couple of days out in the wet. Mine cost around 38 pounds and I got it from a yacht / boat chandlers in the UK. It is easy attach, dark blue in colour, and I barely notice its presence when wearing it and fishing.
