Could someone point me in the right direction of 3 spots or small charter Dublin, Wicklow, Wexford area, this weekend or any time for future refernces. Any recomended sites or skippers.

You could try Mick Redmond in Courtown he runs The Puffin from there. Here is his number 086-1017466.
He has had some great fishing this year, plenty of tope i think on his best day he boated 27 tope in a session plus you can pick up bullhuss,dogs,ray,cod,whiting,gurnard,and lots of smoothounds in the summer.
He is a good skipper and knows the area like the back of his hand. Hope this helps you some way.pm mw ifyou want any more info
