Was the UPC fixtures for 2010 announced at the AGM on sunday past?

I wasn't at any IFSA AGM or fixture meeting , but as soon as I get fixtures I'll add to the calendar below.. (I've added Leinster League 2010 already)

yeah, i got list of 2010 upc fixtures in the post last week, check with club secretaries...
Not the BigPhil from Irish Angler mag, I'm the original, i swear!!!!
