Hi

Does anyone know where I might find a small supply of hardwood shavings/chips/sawdust for my fish smoker ?

I have a supply of bags. I could spare one no prob, but for a long term soloution you might want to try an oak factory, forestry.....

oak or beech offcuts can be blagged off any timberworks/furniture maker - five minutes with an electric plane and ou'll have more than you want :D :D

The organic farm in Glenties, will supply you with good wood for smoking.
