What was the size/value of your order, £35 would seem rather excessive unless you've ordered a months worth of bait

weight was ~3kg and they advertised free shipping on orders over £60

I would imagine the free shipping on orders over £60 would only apply to orders dispatched to UK mainlad address, I have fallen foul of this myself before ordering terminal tackle.

But £35 still sounds excessive for a 3kg parcel, maybe its because your items need to be temperature controlled.

Maybe it would be cheaper to arrange your own courier........but a lot more hassle for sure

if you cant collect your own bait lads then buy local or when your stuck there may be no local.
