Good stuff Frank, they are lethal for em !

We had 5 Bass to 7lb and over a dozen Pollock on them last night.~

that's some going frank lure fishing can be like a drug and when you see a fish take there no better felling

Definitely have to try for pollock with them at the weekend.

It was great alright. Now that the weather has calmed down I will have to get out lure fishing again.

I returned to the same mark yesterday evening but unfortunately the water was very coloured after the storms earlier in the week - like milk chocolate in places and there was a fair bit of fine weed about too. I tried the Xlayers again and a range of other lures but not a hint of a bite.
Cod season Winter 2013/14: 117 cod (best fish: 6.5 lbs)
Cod season Winter 2014/15: 193 cod (best fish: 4.25 lbs)
