Holes in beach.

#1 Post by anthony2carr »

While walking along a local beach I noticed a large amount of small holes in the sand close to the waters edge. There were no squigles around the holes.

The strange thing was , the sand was not muddy or even damp. Any ideas what they could be?

Oval at low tide? Maybe razor?

or

Small holes? Maybe beak marks from feeding birds?

Yes. I will be doing that. Big crowds on beach, so have to find a quiet day.
