fishing in county Clare in late september

Hi my friend and i will be in Kilkee area in late september what is the best baits to take with us?
where are the best places to fish ? what types of fish can we expect to catch at this time of year in this and surrounding areas
we like to fish all kinds of ground , beach or rock ends as well as piers

Hook up with Ross aka Bill Ryan the local authority on fishing in and around Kilkee. Alternatively have a chat with Mike Bourke aka fishdoctor, the local tackle shop owner, who is very helpful whenever we pop in to get a few tips about fishable spots.

I have looked after mad jocks before with one catching a Wrasse of 5.5 lbs !
