Valentia island
Anyone know how the area around valentia is fishing.

fishing well at the moment. Was down there two weeks ago and plenty of pollock to 5 lbs, warasse, macks, dogs, even got a nice mullet off the rocks. Had a basking shark come right under us no more than 20 feet out. Very obliging fellow as he came around on three different occassions.
There was a ton of bass off the beaches back in May before the close but as of yet did not try for them. They should still be around.
