Castlegregory marks

Hi all, am heading down to Castlegregory next week for a few days and was wondering if anyone had any advice on marks in the area?
2009 species: thornback ray, pollack, coalfish, red gurnard, ballan wrasse, cuckoo wrasse, garfish, whiting, lsd, bull huss, flounder, pouting.
Entries now open for the All Ireland Shore Cod Championships on November 29th hosted by Sea Angling Ireland SAC

the trench is really good for flats and fermolye strand for bass

sea:flounder,whiting,rockling mackeral,dogfish,weverfish,turbot,pollock,cod,coalies,codling
fresh:rainbow trout,brown,trout
