bit of a mixed bag really!:

Lug, mack & squid:

running ledger, flounder rig & fixed paternoster:

A big, fat ZERO !:




Report:

Very little to report ! First time fishing since early Jan & didn't even get a bite. Not the first time I blanked on this beach. Me reckons I'm heading further south next time. I fancy trying South Wicklow/North Wexford for Bass-anyone recommend any good beaches?

the beach is a bit barren at the moment i fished up by the stream last week for 1.5 hours without even a touch ,baits not even nibbled :evil: i should have gone up to the eyesrielyrocks as they fish ok on calm days but was so piccsed off i just went home and took it out on the kids :twisted: :mrgreen:

hard luck mate it can be soul destroyin standin on a beach for half the day and not even gettn a bit. Hard lines
