Digging lug And rag

Hi,
Can anyone give me any info where i can dig my own Rag & Lug,I am based in belfast but can travel.Any information would be greatly appreciated as i am just getting back into shore fishing after a long absence and hope to be getting out this coming week.
This is a great site btw.

Hi Paddy.For ragworm i've dug all mine at Holywood down the esplanade near the Dirty Duck pub.For lug i dig at Island Hill which is just outside Comber on the road to Newtownards.
