Help! Naming a mark on coast road, Wicklow

Hi all

Have been told of a rocky mark on the coast road between Wicklow Town and Brittas, apparently there is a lane between two farms which leads you down to it, anyone any ideas what its called? :?:

Better still, has anyone fished it or have any advice?
