East Cork mark with shallow diving plugs.

#1 Post by dunner »

Planned to fish for mullet this morn, but up late with one of my kids who got sick..... de joys!

Hatched a new plan and headed for a mark in east Cork.
Water colour was good but got worse as the tide dropped stirring up sediment.

No Joy.

I did spook a bass about 3/4lb in very shallow water, by breaking the rule... never charge ahead, take your time approaching new water....
Still at least i saw a fish its a start!!
Photo below is the gully the fish was in (daylight and 10 feet out) it was like a puddle.....

Nice pictures.
A bad days fishing is better than a good day at work.

pity about the bass, some good looking marks there.
