wexford town weekend 6/7 march

I will be in wexford town for two nights with barbara for two nights before birth of our second baby. I am allowed bring rods for couple of hours. Would really appreciate any suggestions on where/when how might be best way to spend a few hours trying to catch a bass never fished there so have no idea any7 thoughts or pm would be greatly appreciated pat prob could get out for 4/5 hours or bit more at night
