Quota on sea angling and possible rod license
from reading a local newspaper and vast rumers comming round the west coast
i belive the regional fisheries board are trying to implement a quota and rod lince on sea fishing
does any body have any more info on this or is it just simply a bad rumur

Is there an online version of the newspaper? Otherwise, i think this is probably covered by the discussion on this forum in the EU article 47 and the other thread on licences.
