Report: set off from Youghal at 9.30am. Initial venue was to be just off Calaso Bay which is a very reliable venue and then to move further offshore. Unfortunately, one of the trim tabs on my new boat came adrift. In case of doing more damage I decided to stay near port and more around at a slow speed.
The action was non stop with pollock throwing themselves at the feathers. The odd mackerel showed up also.
