dug a few lug earlier in the day an having already heard reports of sand levels being higher again at silverstrand gave me itchy feet for fishing there.
the water was flat calm with only a slight breaker at the waters edge, i knew there were going to be a few flatties about
started off with bradan getting the first twitch and resulting in a 29cm flounder, then it was my turn as the baitrunner gave a little scream, a nice little flounder of 22cm, a while later bradan was at it again with another counter of 20cm(i think) and i managed another as we were packing up of 19cm. a nice wee session, but clear sky and a northerly breeze meant only one thing.. it's getting cold for the night, with a chill in the air as we left.
p.s. i still have a few lug left if anyone wants to head off somewhere tomorrow
