Weather:calm

Bait:squid,mackerl,mussel

Rigs:2 hookers

Results:me 12 small whiting 1 poor cod,davy 7 whiting

Report:

plenty of bites would have loved 2 have a few lug after i seen that cod

the mac seems to do well of the harbour last time down i usea size 4 hooks and managed a few whiting every cast , does anyone ever fish the small wall over the other side of the harbour? i tried it once and managed a few codling only 1-1.5 lb not bad as the main wall was fishless that day ,so at least i didnt blank

ive never fished it but asarmstong fishes it. heard ok reports bout it 2.
