Tide:high tide at about 12.30

Weather:calm,sunny,cold,snow and a bit of rain!

Bait:mack

Rigs:cliped downs

Results:jamie-blank
me- 6 whiting

Report:we decided to try a new beach that we never fished before. it turned out to be ok, as long as ya could cast 100yards+. i was geting fish regulary enough,just 2 or 3 casts with no fish. also forgot about the rocks in front of me and lost a rig too. i think it snowed 8 times when we were fishing,was weird, funny though.people were looking at us wondering if we needed out heads examined! jamie didnt have much luck but he did manage to have a nice big crack off with a nice audience watching! haha had to say that sorry jamie! we also found a lot of mermaid purses along the beach. good to get out as usual.

looks horribly calm for effective fishing a this time of the year,did well to pluck a few out

ya, the water was almost clear

! big differance from yesterday, waves crashing over the rocks to the left of the beach.we just happined to be fishing off them at that time! lol
