Hi Carpets,

I have the CM 13' 6 and love it, great all rounder, it will cope with every situation. If you really want to treat yourself get the new Kompressor S, I got 1 last week and have to say it's thenicest rod I've ever used and I've had plenty of them all!

Hope this helps somewhat.

hows it going Carpets,

why dont you go for slightly lighter gear. i've got a Foo Fighter on the way its 15ft long and casts up 4 ounce leads im going to stick a 7ht on it and use it for bass and flat fishing. its not a big floppy rod either and well worth a look if you want to have a bit of sport over the summer for bass etc
Wish list for 2015: sword tail, black Molly, horny cobbler

Agree with KStaff...

The original Century CM 13' 6" is an excellent rod and underated IMO.

The new Century Ccc Ld is another fine rod which I must say has impressed me.
