seeing as it was a calm day(first time in a long time) i decided to walk to on of the local beaches ans really put the zzippy profile to the test
cast out my other rod with a single hook clip down hen proceeded to wang a bit of lead to distance.. no idea where it went as it was getting dark but with the amount (or therefore lack of) line left on the reel i knew i was getting good distance, with little effort too
then clipped on a 3 hook flapper with mackerel tipped with squid (one cast before packing up) and managed to pull in a whiting and a shrimp

well it ended up in my cooler bag and the contents of which are now in my freezer... it just might get chucked on a hook sometime

Saved the blank there Steve.
Pity you could not get down this week. A lot of fish to be had down here at the moment.
Might see you soon if you manage to get down
