nope...fished a session a while back i had 3 bass on lug, a mate came along and had 5 good bass on em.

i do not have a sence of humour

ive used the very succesfully for wrasse..had about a dozen to 3lbs on them 2 years ago

well obviously if they are that good its every bodys bait problems solved in one foul swoop,,
so everybody who wants crab go to the local fish monger and get the new super bait CRAB STICKS SPECIALITY BAIT FOR BASS AND WRASSE and cortaz you must have at least a little bit of humour bit of a last resort dont you think

if you read my post again ull see that i didnt make any reference to them being any form of a wonderbait or so called solution to all our bait problems...an idiot would know there is are no replacement that can surpass fresh crab. what i and cortaz implied was that they are a viable alternative when other baits are not an option, due to scarcity , lack of time to collect etc...

tryed yawl the other eve. for an hour had a coddling of 2lb. and a coalie both on the crabsticks/lug cocktail

It looks like there's quite a few Cod in Yawl at the moment. Currently how easy is it to dig fresh lug in Waterford ?

jon, there a good few going from what i hear, fish to 7lb. cant find the time to fish there at the moment, looks like conditions for bass will be good from the weekend on

.... lugs, have found a new spot for them can get 80/100 med. sized ones in less than an hour pretty much on my door step......i,ll send you a p.m. later
