short and sweet ,very short session did the bites dry up

only had the hour 2 spend bites were cumen on faster if anything.lot of bait fish rising on inside of pier wall any ideas wa they were?fishd lighthouse pier in wicklow 9till11 same nite 1 whiten it was low tide i think.seen a rockling and a few whiten cum in but very quite

probably whiting small ones are everywhere at the moment 3 inches long and hungry
