the difference between crabs
Ok guys this is a question that i need answering to save me a lot of hassle and looking stupid (not too hard to do). How can i distinguish a peeler crab from other forms of crab?? I have found a spot nearby with an abundance of crab life now a majority of these are very dark brown in colour and i know the green ones are not peelers but are the brown coloured ones suitable for bait??? Thanks in advance

The easiest way to tell the difference is to pick up the crab and peel back the shell at the tip of one of his legs if it leaves a piece of skin where the shell was its a Peeler !!!
