Has anyone fished there in the last two days?
Did you leave a rod and reel on the rocks?
Had it bright yellow line loaded on the reel?
Do you want it back?
Your not getting it because you left half a spool of line in a mess on the rocks with hooks etc attached to the line.
If you want to fish here please take your litter home with you - if you cant do that dont bother coming you wont be welcome.

you get people like that all over the place, just dump the rubbish on the ground for someone else to lift.

It was a Shakespeare Odessa 1-3 oz rod exactly the same as the one I have approx £45 quid with a small Grauvell Lotus Xf 3000 reel ( no idea of the price). If you have fished at Balintoy off the Big white rock the rod and reel was lying where you come down from the blowhole on to the flat bit below . The large tangle of line was nearer the sea.As I arrived there was someone leaving who had been up near the blowhole but by the time I got set up and down he was leaving to go to Portrush .When I left there wasn't another car about and Balintoy aint the sort of place you walk to if you dont have to.

Were there any bodies washed up lately
We had the same the other nite in Ballygannon a load of line was left strewn all over the place on the side of the road along with empty plastic bait boxes.
