To my eternal shame - I dont eat fish !!

My father has about 4 steaks from him and is eating them tonight and my sister baked a couple of section in butter, white wine, salt, pepper, garlic dill and parsley and claimed it was the best fish dinner ever, wondering would I be back down there again next weekend ha!

Thanks again all, its just the luck of the draw - im not one for fancy gear and tricks at all and its nice when the luck is in (even if its taken about 20 years!)

was just thinking how funny it would have been if someone a few miles down the beach was to pull in a beachcaster and then the bass.

Nice fish. Any idea what was in its gut..? Would love to know if it had been feeding lately. Looked plump enough.

Can you just imagine what an 11 pound bass would consume over its lifetime....!!
