From Breaking News Website;
Gardaí are trying to reunite boat owners with their stolen engines.
Officers recovered €150,000 worth of stolen property during three searches in Portlaoise at the end of last month.
The haul includes 74 outboard engines, 10 boats, eight boat trailers and a caravan.

Not too sure where to stick this
But a lot of people will be happy to have their gear back, there's loads of engines trailers / generators and bits including a caravan,
Anyways here's a link to the Garda facebook site showing a lot of the pictures, Good luck

Looks to be a fair collection of scrap there!
Certainly none of the boat engines I know of being stolen there. I'd say the ex RNLI Mariner 40 is one of the freshest at 1999.

can't see how the stuff in the photos is worth 150k, you would have to spend money dumping it

I seen the photos too. I didn't see one decent engine. If you're a collector of old outboards then you would be in heaven there!!

From the photos I saw there does seem to be a large volume of stuff, even accounting for that though I think they are being a bit optimistic with their value.
Looks good on the PR front though.
