Ireland have 3 anglers Weighing in 2day as do Wales

4 teams have 4 Weighing anglers including Belgium and England

Ireland should just about hold onto the lead going into tomorrow

Joe Arch... Timmy o sullivan and John o brian have a shot at the individual title

Fishing time tomorrow morning is from 6am - 10am (IRISH TIME)

Ireland are still top by 3 points. they had 2 blanks today like Dave said, on a very difficult day, but its still in their hands going into the last day!

just spoke to him a few mins ago. were just off the beach so no scores tallied up yet. he said they had all gone fair to middling, seemed to think they had a podium finish, but not sure what position. will just hav to wait till the scores are finished

Hope they have finished in a podium place as they have fished really well the first 3 days. Thats a big achievement in itself.

They have beaten Germany who were in second place... And reckon the chance of the Gold finish is about 90% as they had such a big cushion going into today !

Spain and France are the only challengers.

We should have confirmation by 3pm (Irish Time)


We've all heard of Irish anglers catching dogs ... John o Brien had a double shot today of a Dog and...........A CAT !! :D
