nothing wrong with fish vomit ,it a good way to find out what to use for bait :lol: hope we haven't put you of your tuna sarnie :lol:
So what you reckeon ,a rock goby ?
If someone shows you a mark to fish, respect it and dont pass it of as one of your own, dont tell every man and his dog about it.

Its a goby all right, Ive had the doubtful pleasure of seeing them in that state several times, not from the stomach of a fish though - that would have made up for it

So would the conclusion be: a goby on top; and a gold shinny wrasse below.

That would be an accurate conclusion I reckon. Anyone seen any other interesting things coughed up from fishes stomachs?

Seen a small megrim coughed up out of a cod in an estuary last year. Probably not that unusual just that megrim are deep water fish (I believe?) so the cod must have travelled a long way between when it ate the megrim and got caught in the estuary
I require a tremendous amount of calcium

seen a red band fish in a pollack last year
shore species 2008(25):dogfish(3.1lbs), bull huss (12lb 2oz), bass, shore rockling, coalie, whiting, pollack, conger (22.4lbs),flounder, thick lipped mullet (4.8lbs),turbot,ling (11.2lbs),ballan wrasse(4.5lbs), cuckoo wrasse, pouting, poor cod, cod (9.5lbs), dab, 3 bearded rockling, long spined scorpion fish, corkwing wrasse, plaice, trigger fish, sea trout, garfish

Oh yeah also have an eddystone eel complete with 3/0 hook donated to me by dbrock that a smoothound coughed up!
