Gez... You cook fish in my house and they swarm around!!! ... I swear my family must be part seal... Cause the last flatties I had (brought home 8 of them decent size) Dabs, and Flounders, and damn i was lucky to see a fillet and 1/2 the rest were devoured by the family :evil: and then the 3 year old turned and said she wanted more!! :roll: During the summer stock the fridge with Mack, resevered some for the pan and others for bait, went to grab the ones for bait ... and they were gone! :shock: Eaten! Me thinks I need a Bait fridge/freezer with a LOCK!!

tell the truth roger you only froze them down to wait for the smoothies to start coming on

well they went down a treat breadcrumbs and shallow fried all i can say is if you havnt tried one dont ,try 6 !BURP :oops:

Roger ,Alan Yates was on Tight Lines on Sky sports last friday and gave hes tip for cooking Dab. gut them head and tail them , put in a brown paper bag 1 min each side in the microwave ! appearently the skin sticks to the paper bag ! Im gonna give that a try next time i get a few .
If I'm not gonna catch a fish , I may aswell not catch a BIG fish !
