Hi, I have just got myself a ten foot 7 weight grxi. Would that be a bit long and light for the estuaries down south?

i usually use a 10ft or 10'6" 7/8 - for sea trout - so reckon a *7 it should be grand enough

Any good fly spot near youghal or will I stick to crabs?
