Orkney 520 Keel strip Replacement

Can anuone recommend a boat yard in the Dublin area that could replace a metal keel strip on an Orkney?

A bit out of my area! I'd say make enquiries in someplace like Viking Marine they surely will know somebody. You really need somebody who'll do a bit of fibreglass repair as you will have to repair the keel fist as the hole for the band tend to elongate. You can always stick the band on after you seal the holes.

Drill our old holes slightly bigger than the screws,fill with epoxy and let it set then drill new screw holes into the epoxy ,hopefully the hole will be sealed and the screws will have a good hold
