The trick is getting a blade that 'holds an edge".... I have gotten great service from the Surecatch Professional

I got mine in TW Murray in Cork a few years ago. Nice sheath with a handy clip.Takes and keeps an edge well.And best of all- it floats.Perfect

Marttiini are the premium in knives , 50 quid delivered but will last a lifetime.
They also look pretty slick!
