Report:Sorry for the late report but i fished out from Howth on Saturday morning from 10.30 until 4pm we wend over to Irelands Eye 2 look for some Mackerel and it was not long before we got them and also got some nice Herring, after about a half an hour we had enough Mackerel 4 bait and some for the Tea we went out 2 one of our drop off Howth head and dropprd the anchor in 38 meters of water. We set up our gear and dropped down with our mackerel baits but could not hold bottom with 1lb of led so we left there and went in colse to Howth Head to look for some Pollock,we got 16 pollock between 3 of us it was very slow,i think it might have to do with the SEALs that followed us everywhere, after 2 hours we went back out 2 our first drop and the run was gone,it was not long before we got some Dogs our bait was been stripped by small fish i got 1 Bullhuss of about 8 or 9 lb apart from the lack of some fish it was a beautiful warm flat calm day......
