swell got worse so decide to move back in a bit headed to stack at irelands eye drifted right down till i could see the tides meeting at the point towards the bailey decided to try around the point and then drifted down and beyond the bailey water
was very murky onthe drift all the way down tried severel different rigs bottom hook baited not a sausage and severel other boats all had the same to say no fish was toying with the idea of going back out to the first mark as it was alot calmer now but decided to try for a few pollock over at the island drifted over the spot 4 times no takes to rub salt in the wound a bullseal pops his head up with a pollock about 6/7lb in his mouth and started tossing it up in the air like he was goading me he nearly got his comupence when a gannet tryed to pick it up when he tossed it up moved around the front
of the island and got 2 single macks in twelve foot of water i think friday might be better water should have settled by then
