Report: got a window for a bit of fishing last night, first cast and bang! a wee silver fella! got him at distance. Really lifts the spirits to see these lads on our east coast beaches again, quick snap and back he went....and there was great celebrations !
Brought back to reality by my next 2 casts, 2 snap offs, and 1 hour of removing and reloading the old line off my multi. Bad buzz.
Any way, fishing was quiet enough after, Stephen landed a pretty decent whiting, and flounders and rockling finished out the session. Bring on the Summer!

Niceone on the bass. Had a small one myself last week and there was one caught yesterday around 3lbs in our club comp. Nice to see a few early on.
