Weather: westerly changing to easterly with LW

Bait: squid, mack

Rigs: pulleys, up and over

Results: 5 huss 6 dogs

Report: first cast dog, second dog to me - then an hour and got the third dog just on darkness

at this stage jakes was getting concerned about the huss - then 20mins later his first 9lb+

then 30mins after him i got one bang on 7lb - it puked up hermits and pipe fish

then he got another around 8lb

then it went quiet round midnight

were debating staying and then my rod went - got one about 8lb - he had softies and pipe fish in him

jakes then had his first dog - as i was about to break down the first rod - it started going - a smaller huss of 3lb

then jakes had a double dog on a pennell

at this stage the tide was dictating we had to go - but the fishing seemed to have picked up again

nice to have something pull back - first one in a long time

better than the 13cm flounder on 4lb line

nice one sounds like some deccent sized fish

Savage fishing Brian Hoping to experience some pull-back with the smooth criminals later! Nipped out for a short session last night but no joy, didn't sleep a wink last night thinking about tonights session
