Just wondering has anyone made their own floats for sea angling?
Doing some Wrasse fishing soon and want to make a few up, there a silly price in tackle shops altogether.
Cheers

get styrofoam blocks from a craft shop and cut/shape into floats. drill though the middle add a straw and glue in place(straw is an optional part) smooth off and colour tip with waterproof marker. Have fun.

alby get your hands on some round balsa wood say 15/20mm. Cut it to what ever size you want and then just round it top and bottom and glue in a small swivel with a drop of epoxy at one end and paint it mat white. then its just the case of spraying on some day glow paint over the top few cm so you can see the thing. Being a bottom only attachment float it still works fine
