greystones south 27-1-11

#1 Post by roger de dodger »

People:me

Duration:two hours

Tide:full and dropping

Weather:oh yea

Bait:lug mac squid wraps

Rigs:pully and 3 hook clipped

Results:one whiting one rockling

Report:well i think it would have fished great if my rigs werent covered in weed after 30 seconds :( went up to the stream and was met by waves going up it prob 15 feet after the bridge  the sea was big and i kinda guessed i was onto a hiding by the amount of weed getting thrown up onto the beach, after an hour i packed up and decided to see how much weed i could beach down by the playground tunnel ,i wasnt dissapointed and got a great work out by 6.30 the wind had picked up to about a force five north easterly and casting was becoming impossible  oh i found two fish in the weed i pulled in hiding on my hooks
