Tried laytown tonight ,despite ideal conditions not a tap ,baits we’re not even nibbled,used rag tipped with mackerel,one second of excitement but it was a bird flying into the lineImage

lol I had a bird hit my lines twice this week too, hard luck on the blank though

Yeah. I find laytown annoying. Ive only blanked once there but never caught anything any size. Normally flounder that I don't know are on the hook till reeled in
