what marine vhf radio to buy?

Hi all,
i'm sure this has been covered here many times before,
looking to get vhf radio, 5w or so, wondering what brands/links can folks recommend.
I'm aware I've to do a course to use it too.

I find it great. Its rechargeable, lightweight and compact and lasts for days on a single charge.
I require a tremendous amount of calcium

I use the cobra hh475. It has all the usual features,floats, different charging options, belt clip etc etc but the one thing I like is the blue tooth. I can leave the phone in a dry box and take calls on the radio!

i have a fixed cobra cant rate there service back up any higher great after sales help if that helps
if ya cant fish in heaven i dont wanna go!!!!!!!!!

thanks lads, I'm going to go for the Cobra HH330 Floating VHF , it's all my budget reaches (the starving artist) . hopefully I'll never need to use it though!
