Drag slipping Shimano Big Baitrunner LC

Lads has anyone had any experience working with a Shimano Big Baitrunner LC?
The drag is slipping on mine, I downloaded the schematic for the reel, but havn't a clue where to start?
Ive been told that the drag may be damp, Ive taken off the drag knob, and the spool, and dried out what I could, but it hasnt made any difference.
I didnt want to tamper too much with it until I got the schematic, now that I have it im still lost
Any help appreciated, or even links to sites that may help.
