Perspex windows

Hey all, Just wondering can anyone recommend something to clean perspex windows, the ones on the hog have gone a bit kinda yellow after its been sitting over the winter. Tried all the usual glass cleaners, but no joy. Any help much appreciated, Cheers :)

If the windows are over three years old you will find that they are victims of UV damage and no cleaner will get rid of the haze. You will have to replace the windows. This is a handy job for anybody that is good with a jig saw and drill. You can buy a sheet or maybe a half sheet of polycarbonate, use your old window as a template and off you go. I'd say that you could also buy ready to fit off the Hog people.

Just a note on Acrylic design

I tired to get in touch with them about getting windows cut. Rang three times over 4 days and got the receptionist and asked to be called back. They never bothered.

Rang a fourth time and told the receptionist I wanted to speak to someone directly. Managed to and the guy I talked to didnt seem to have any time to talk to me. Would not give me a ball park figure for 2 new windows. I told him I needed an idea quickly as i was buying a new boat that needed windows replaced and i wanted to figure out if the cost was worth it.

The guy I spoke to (Paul) said there was nothing he could do for me but told me to do up a design and email it to him and he would get back to me right away.

Three emails and two weeks later and nothing. Would not bother with this lot personally as they are a pure waste of time IMO

Doesn't sound like Paul or the lads up there. i know his father passed away a few weeks ago and things are only getting back to normal up there as his sons run the company with him. He has done windows and a lot of other stuff for me with no problem all they ask is to bring up the template of what you need made.

If you still have no joy pm me your number and ill make sure you get sorted out.
