Wipers and Perspex do not work well together.
You could check with the manufacturers to see if a grade of polycarbonate exists that is “wiper friendly”.
Most keep our screens waxed so water flies off under way.

Howya Willie,
I'm using Turtle wax "poly glaze". Great stuff - comes in a 5L - I keep a small bottle and soft rag on board.
I'd say everybody has their own favourite - rain dance - rainex - autoglym. The Turtle does a good job and lasts well.
I'd say the main thing is that there would be no grit in the wax (like compound) and the rag should be soft to avoid scratching.
