Can anyone recommend a rod holder (not rest) for the boat, looking for a rack/holder of some sorts to maintain 3 rods.

I bought a pair of those berkley rod holders last month. They work a treat and are easy to fit. Very inexpensive too.

Cheers,

Ive got ones like those on our RIB not the berkley ones but they are very handy. They hold the rods pretty steady at speed as well.

I had the berkley ones on my old boat and as you said they worked a treat, I was looking for something in stainless steel but there most probably a waste of money in comparison.

Cheers lads, my mind made up.

Make sure it is high quality stainless as there are a lot of crap ones on ebay that will rapidly rust....another option is cabelas in the states...not sure of their rod stands but there own brand rod rests are very sturdy and cheap as chips
