would like to see the rules in full to see how many comps its bassed on

Not sure if our club qualifies, remember reading the rules when they came out in Sea Angler last month and there was something (cant remember what) that would have made us ineligible. Will have another look this evening when I get home.

i think each person has to fish 10 club comps!
